Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

The punos application is committed to providing a safe social environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of children.

⚠️ STRICT PROHIBITION OF CSAE/CSAM

The punos app strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse Entities (CSAE). This includes any audio, text, or visual representation of child exploitation.

1. OUR COMPLIANCE

As the developers of punos, we comply with global child safety regulations and Google Play's Child Safety Standards. Our moderation systems are designed to detect and remove harmful content immediately.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

  • Immediate Termination: Any user found to be uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAE/CSAM will have their punos account permanently terminated without warning.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We are legally obligated to report such activity. All instances of CSAE/CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement agencies.
  • Device Banning: We use hardware identifiers to prevent offending users from creating new accounts on the same device.

3. REPORTING MECHANISM

If you encounter any content that you believe violates our Child Safety Standards on punos, please act immediately:

  • In-App Report: Use the "Report" button on the specific voice note or profile. Select "Child Safety" or "Inappropriate Content".
  • Email Reporting: Send evidence (screenshots, usernames) to support@punos.app. Our safety team reviews these reports as a top priority.

4. DEVELOPER COMMITMENT

The punos Team is dedicated to constantly improving our automated filtering and human moderation tools to ensure a child-safe platform for all users above the age of 13.
